Our accommodation services are provided for apartments in the Maple Beach complex, Bavaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or services.

2. Description of Services

Walk To Bavaro provides information about and facilitates short-term vacation rentals of apartments in the Maple Beach residential complex. Reservations are made through third-party platforms, primarily Airbnb. Our role includes managing the property, communicating with guests, organizing transfers and tours upon request, and ensuring a high-quality stay experience.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are processed through Airbnb. By making a reservation, you agree to:

• Abide by Airbnb's Terms of Service and cancellation policy, which apply to your reservation.
• Provide accurate information regarding the number of guests and dates of stay.
• Pay any amounts due in accordance with the platform through which you booked.
• Comply with the house rules and check-in/check-out instructions provided before your stay.

We do not process payments directly. Any disputes regarding payment or refunds should be addressed through the booking platform (e.g., Airbnb) in accordance with their policies.

4. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Treat the apartment and common areas with care and respect.
• Not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in your reservation (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults for Maple Beach Suite).
• Comply with the rules of the Maple Beach complex, including quiet hours and use of shared facilities.
• Report any damage or issues promptly to allow for timely resolution.
• Comply with the laws of the Dominican Republic during your stay.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the booking platform (Airbnb). Please review the applicable policy at the time of booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Walk To Bavaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or services, or your stay at the property. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your reservation. We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party conduct. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and travel insurance is recommended.

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Walk To Bavaro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.
